3. Availability and Changes

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Quick Reminder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Reminder and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from missed, delayed, or inaccurate reminders.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or if continued operation of the service is no longer practical.
